I have visited the "litle kitchen" many times on my way to Lofoten. It is conveniently placed halfway from Tromsø to Leknes, at the beginning of the Ofoten Fjord. The little hamlet of Bjerkvik has also a kiosk, a bank, a grocery store and even a little tourist information, so there are many reasons to stop by.
"Det lille kjokken" serves quite good burgers, fries and pizza, but the atmosphere is certainly not glamorous. If you want to have correct to good food and be full quickly, that's the place, but don't wait for three star cuisine. Otherwise, I never had problems with the taste of the food and you generally get served quite quickly, so again, it's really convenient.
