Michel's property was beautiful, quiet and just the right distance from bustling Aix-en-Provence. He is a wonderful host and the surroundings and environment are exquisite! We especially enjoyed the drive up to the residence and the decor. Michel was helpful in helping us find restaurants and with anything that we needed.

This place is a perfectly renovated old 'mas' and the owner has put a lot of effort and detail in its decoration. The owner loves to make you feel at home and pampers his guests. There is a nice swimming pool, a great view and plenty of nice villages close by to visit, as well as nice eateries, from simple bistros to 2 Michelin stars restaurants. And of course the beautiful city of Aix-en-Provence, and even the beach is within reach of half an hour drive (we haven't been there though).

Room Tip: Two rooms cater for 3 persons, the smaller room is fitted for two persons but a baby cot will just fit is as well.

We have spent only one night in the Mazet de Camaisse and were nicely impressed. Michel, the owner is very friendly and spoiled us. The room was big and furnished with taste. There are only three rooms, therefore it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was served on the terasse and again, all was perfect. The place only opened one month ago, and I can only recommend to stay there quickly before it will too famous! The only negative side came from us : we only stayed for one night.

Room Tip: La chambre duplex avec sa terrasse privatisée est particulièrement agréable.
