The cafe is situated in Prestfoss, the centre of Sigdal municipality in Buskerud, and seems to be just a normal cafe where you can eat the usual (unhealthy) stuff you can find at most cafes along the roads in Norway. But instead I highly recommend this cafe for vegetarians looking for great food.
The owner is from India and is himself a dedicated vegetarian. He loves to try out new recipes and and is happy whenever I come by and just tells him "Please let me try something new".
His vegetarian specialities are Indian origin, but he also serves great Norwegian style food - and not to forget the pizza.
If you are going to the mountains of Norway, why don't you choose to drive FV287 through Sigdal and have a break in Prestfoss to try out Raj's different dishes. He even has lunch dishes which are smaller and cost only about NOK 50. That's a real bargain for Norwegian conditions.
