Everything started ok, until it became 'very busy' according to the owner (restaurant wasn't even full and they had 3 people working the floor).
Very rude and inexperienced service, no knowledge about the wines, food on the table before the wine.
A little advice to the owner:
1. It is not the customers problem that you are busy at one moment, you should anticipate that and make sure you have enough staff. You definitely DON'T blame your customers for it or ask the waiter (in front of the customer) to not spend too much time at our table.
2. When you charge that kind off money, the service should also be excellent at all times, busy or not busy!
