Lovely beach, car park not expensive, floods often in the morning first thing, but cleared by the time you visit from 10.30 onwards

Gorgeous, unspoilt wide sandy beach. Had a lovely few hours in the late October sunshine walking along the beach looking for crabs and building sandcastles.
Lovely and clean.
Great beach kiosk which does a mean toasted sandwich and portion of chips.
Beware of the tide times, the road into the beach can be flooded and as the beach is not manned you should take care.

What's more to like...bracing air, brilliant sunshine and blue sky. Beautiful beach which is big enough to accommodate lots of people and you can take the dog. We had mixed age range of kids and there is something for everyone.

A fantastic beach for all pleasure activities. Dog-friendly and with a nice beach cafe. Loads of easy parking.

Brancaster Bay is a lovely place to spend the afternoon, mostly dog friendly. It’s not as pleasant as Wells or Holkham Bay but still lovely. There are toilets and a drink / food kiosk.

Visited Brancaster harbour at low tide. Pretty little place in nice bay. Most of boats in estuary had no water round them as tide out and it would be better still with all the small boats bobbing about in water. The crab stall had a huge queue so must be good

Stayed in Brancaster and walked to the beach (3/4 mile) along the high level footpath away from the road. A great walk to a great beach. It is enormous especially when the tide's out. Firm sand so great fro walking / playing etc. Felt a bit out of place because we didn't have a dog (only joking). Beach clean. Watch the tides and channels. Don't go anywhere near the wreck.

Easy to find beach and lots of wildlife to be seen on our visit. All very clean and nature as it is intended.

Brancaster beach is great for families and also people with dogs. Parking is close to the beach but you will need to watch for tide times as the road will flood. Miles of sandy beach with beautiful sunsets.
