Because the token slices of decorative lime accompanying the breakfast papaya are far too thin to be able to squeeze any juice over the papaya. It is teasing the guests to offer the illusion of lime juice when there is none obtainable. The limes should be cut chunky, just like the generous lemon quarters which Kims provide for fish in the evening. A small thing and easy to fix. The lime chefs can learn from the lemon chefs.
Yes, we would come back even if this detail is not fixed.More
