The service, the rooms, the hotel and dinner does not get much better than this. I only wish I spent more time here. This is truly a Michelin stared restaurant.

The hotel is outstandingly beautiful. The way it has been redone is of great taste and beauty, respecting very much the original Abbey.
The service is incredibly friendly and efficient. It is really a boutique hotel since it only has 34 rooms.
If you can go I higly recommend it, its a real pleasure in every sense of the word.

We had the great opportunity to expend 3 nights at this amazing property . The staff really go out their way to make us feel very special at each moment of the stay. From the arrival experience, check in process, all was high standard. We tried the restaurant which top . But so far my favorite exploration was the SPA and the cycles tour through the greenery and the fresh and clean atmosphere. I would definitely come back. Highly recommend

This is one of the best hotels I have seen in terms of service, ambience, quality of staff. The level of service is right what is should be, neither too formal nor too informal. It is all spot on! Although I did not use the Spa I have no doubt it is great as well. The landscape is impressive. You're out in the nature with great opportunities for walks and relaxation. The interior is impressive in its beauty and design. Both restaurants offer great food and especially the one Michelin star is a must do for food lovers. All in all a hotel that can compete with the best in the world. If you like nature, good food, wine this is your place.
