We stumbled upon this restaurant for brunch on a Sunday. They do this as a buffet. There was a ham and beef carving station, a crepe station, several seafood dishes, eggs benedict, and more. Every employee had service on their agenda as almost everyone interacted with us at some point. They refold your napkins throughout your meal, bring fresh silverware with each new plate, and check on you often. The only complaint I'd have is they were a little slow to refill the buffet trays. But, that is because the chef makes everything fresh and makes different dishes throughout the day. So,they don't just have a vat of potatoes standing by in the back. The plus side to this is everything is very fresh. The price was $20 for the buffet. Pretty good considering what you get. But, you can't be expecting Denny's speed or cost. This is way classier. We heard that for dinner they do a 4 course fixed price ($27) menu that we can't wait to go back and try.
