We visited the Nong Nooch Botanical Garden in October 2019. It was 4 hours of very good fun. Some of the highlights include feeding the elephants, butterfly park, cultural dance show and elephant show. My daughter enjoyed the elephant show where elephants played soccer and also feeding bananas.

There is also bus tour of Dinosaur Park every half an hour. Nong Nooch is on the way to Bangkok so it would logistically good for you to visit it on the way to Bangkok from Pattaya. Do visit Nong Nooch, especially if you have children with you.

The gardens and dinosaurs park are amazing! The elephants are chained and rode around on in the extreme heat. The elephants were rocking back and forth and in their eyes, you could see the terror. Their trainers have elephant hooks to control them. There is also a tiger photo opportunity. Tigers do not lay around in large crowds waiting for people to take photos. Seemed very sedated. Very very heartbreaking. This place has such potential but my memory is tarnished by this cruelty!

We visited the garden on January 5, 2020, the kids really like this place, especially at the dinosaur park location. The place is very huge, to visit all the locations that seems not enough in one day. The car museum was also good with many cars collection. The garden are well maintained. The place is comfortable even though the weather was hot. This is the must visit place when you're visiting Pattaya.

Visited Nong Nooch today and was horrified to see a tiger chained with a heavy metal chain with no more than 12 inches to lift its neck
The poor animal couldn’t even lift its head to sit up properly
A beautiful animal denied any quality of life for use of humans to make a doll out of.

The same applies for the elephants made to carry people around for tours of the gardens. A sorry sight to see in this day and age, especially since Bangkok and Pattaya consider elephants sacred.

Please do not pay money to visit attractions that exploit animals.
