The condo is gorgeous - once we found it. The building its in is a little intimidating, and unit #20 is all the way to the back, closest to the creek - which we enjoyed the sounds of with the windows open to the fresh mountain air. Nights were chilly, and the heat had been turned off in the downstairs bedrooms. Being radiant heat, it took a while to warm up. It also took a while to discover all the extras of the complex - outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, and what dad&daughter loved most: the rec room with pingpong table. It would be nice if there was a map in the guest info book. We had to beg the housekeeper (no english, a little confused) for a little extra time on departure day to really enjoy it all.
The bedrooms don't have TVs which surprised me, but we weren't there to do what we could be doing at home.
Getting to the gondola (1st leg) was easy, but I'd take the road down cuz the little shortcut trail is steep. Then we were riding over the rooftops to Telluride. Even though there was a little bit of a line (10 minutes) when we came home from the music, it was way better than driving. I can imagine this place in winter -- skiing is RIGHT THERE!
