Excellent lunch with very attentive and accommodating service so would highly recommend. We had to stagger our order due to traffic delays for some of our large gathering but the kitchen and waiter were very understanding.
Camping facilities are good clean and electric connections available. Didn’t get to try the variety of water activity but watched. Safety conscious and friendly helpful staff. Thank you for helping us celebrate a special birthday. Lovely place to use as a base to explore Kent.

Thank you so much for your kind review. I have to say that from beginning to end your party was very straightforward to organise, so thank you for that. The staff did well too, with that gorgeous and unexpected weather, it was more like a summer's day in August and I think we would have benefited from a few extra pairs of hands. I'm so glad your dad enjoyed his 80th and we hope you'll come back again for his 90th and a few more times in between!

My husband and I love this place. We often stop for breakfast on our way to Rye. All good. Dogs welcome.
We had a lovely barbecue there on bank holiday Monday in August. My main bugbear was the cost of 2 large glasses of white wine. £20 for two glasses. Could have bought 4 bottles for that in a good supermarket. The sunset cruise was good. Don’t serve such expensive wines. Not necessary and a shock to your visitors.

So pleased you love it here and hope it continues to be so. I'm confused by your comment about the wine though! We have all sorts of customers here, with an array of tastes and budgets. Like any good restaurant, we have a list ranging from a house to more sought after Sancerre in the white and a Pinot in the red. If you don't want to spend £10 (our most expensive), there are two cheaper ones in the white, 3 in the red and a Rose! They start from £7 for a large 250ml glass. Hope that clears up any confusion and trust me, our house wines are as good as the pricier ones! See you soon I hope

Went here for breakfast this morning, had some coffees and 2 Big Wharf breakfasts! Haven’t had a better breakfast for a long long time! Sitting on the peaceful decking with the warm September sun beating down we could have sat there all day! Great service as well, we will be back very soon!

We spent the weekend camping with excellent facilities for camp fires, washing up,and had a great weekend swimming, fishing and doing the water sports provided by the Lime wharf team. We had the option to cook for ourselves or gorge in the restaurants. The breakfasts were to die for with proper wholesome food cooked up on side with the bacon cooked by BBQ was out of this world.

Thanks so much for this. So pleased you liked it and yes, that bacon .... Sadly BBQ season is winding up, but we have lots of treats in store for winter, so I hope we see you again soon. We're taking camping bookings for next year now, so do get in touch if you'd like to book again.

We had a delicious lunch on a hot day. The portions were generous and sandwiches were excellent. We ending up wrapping up leftovers to take away as there was so much. The watermelon salad with mint and lime was amazing. Very friendly staff too, who were happy to advise us on boat hire.
