Good inexpensive hotel close to Bristol Airport, we arrived after dark so couldn't see too much of the outside but what we could see looked great. The room (15) was on the first floor and there is no lift, but the night porter carried our luggage up the one flight of stairs for us. Check in was quick and easy, the room was very large with a huge comfortable bed. The only down side like most hotels that are part of large chains, the bathroom was tiny. We didn't have time for breakfast as we had an early flight to catch, would stay again in similar circumstances.

First have to say that this hotel is not at the airport. We booked thinking it was but it is a 15 minute taxi ride.

It is also not near a station if you are travelling by train. We were advised the Weston-super-Mare was the closest. If you use this, the station does not appear to have a taxi rank so book in advance. We used 07971 928279 which produced a prompt and cheerful driver.

Having said all this the hotel has all the usual Premier Inn facilities but more character than most.

The associated pub in particular had a good atmosphere and served above average food. It even had real ale from a hand pump.

All the staff, both in the hotel and restaurant were particularly attentive.

We were very comfortable.

We would stay there again, even if not flying it is in a beautiful area.

Excellent
Such friendly staff, very helpful, good food . Very near the airport, such a good stay for just overnight, or as long as you need. I would use this premier inn over and over again. A over all comfortable stay

We stayed at this premier inn for 2 nights in October.
The building itself was quite old and needed updating.The reception staff were friendly and polite.
This hotel certainly needs updating with lifts included.
We were on the first floor and had to struggle up a spiral type staircase with bags.
Anyone frail would not have managed this.
The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable,tea and coffee making facilities were available and the use of a small television.The bathroom had a large bath and a nice hot shower as well.
The attached Brewers Fayre restaurant was nice but again needed updating.There was not any problems getting a table as the restaurant was practically empty when we went.The food was nice and hot and there was plenty of it.
There was also adequate parking spaces.Although we had a comfortable stay i may think again before staying at this hotel unless it is updated.

A very tired hotel, our entrance was the fire door from the outside to a scruffy entrance hallway. The room was dark, the curtain not properly fixed and the outlook terrible. Reception was the opposite side of the main house to the accommodation - not desirable in the rain - having said that, the room was clean and the breakfast excellent.
