What a perfect stopover for Bristol airport. Clean, quiet rooms, comfy beds & really good room for a budget hotel.
The biggest plus was the welcome which was fantastic at after midnight on a Monday morning.
I've booked 2 more stays @ £19 a time which is outstanding value for the proximity to the airport & the quality of the room.
Highly recommended!

Chose it due to an early start at the airport the following morning and from other feedback on here. Sadly, I can't see how it gets its good ratings.

The staff were friendly, but the layout, badly lit car park, freezing cold bedroom, noisy heater and feeble shower do not match my other experiences of Premier Inn.

Upon arrival in the dark at 8pm, it was not clear where the entrance was. You then have to park your car and walk up a hill which is not lit to find reception. This accomplished, staff were friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, I was given a room miles from reception which turned out to be cold. Tried turning up the heat on the wall control and this made the wall heater very noisy. Had to turn it down again in order to try and sleep. Tried calling reception to request extra duvet but no response. Gave up eventually.

Shower in bathroom was not great - not very hot and also very feeble - not ideal when trying to wash your hair and warm yourself up.

I can imagine that the location and staff are great - but the coldness of the room and the bathroom have let down Premier Inn on this occasion.

One of the most professional and warmest welcomes from the receptionist I have had in any hotel. Very impressed. Room clean, comfy bed, would highly recommend this hotel. Good location near Bristol airport. Had a really good dinner in adjoining restaurant.

Stayed here after landing at Bristol airport in the early hours. Although in the dark the access was not that illuminated, we had to ring reception to find out where to enter. After that it was great, the lady on reception was very good and we had a fabulous breakfast the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Brilliant for Bristol Airport

I was about to enjoy a special birthday in January and so we decided to holiday in Fuerteventura, flying from Bristol Airport. We had stayed previously in a Premier Inn and were delighted to find that Sidcot was very closeby. We arrived on a very cold night and it was snowing quite hard, but the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was most welcoming. We enjoyed a very nice dinner indeed, with pleasant company from other guests and then retired comfortably to bed. The next morning the snow was quite deep and we were worried whether the Airport would be open, but the night staff telephoned for us and it was most reassuring to find that everything was in order and we could take-off as planned. We were wished a pleasant trip by the staff, which indeed it was. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was very good, very comfortable and a very pleasent welcome from the hotel staff.
The restaurant - thats a different thing. Half cooked food on both the starter and the main meal - very disappointing.

May have been a one off but i would never eat there again

An overnight stay spoiled by the noise of the radiator clicking on and off during the night. Clearly an issue in the past as there was a notice on the switch box said 'Do Not Switch Off'.
Also the Wi-Fi access was free for 30 minutes and then chargeable beyond that. In the 21st Century I think we should free access without time restrictions
