The team at this hotel is very impressive, they are elegant and caring, sincere and moderate. I was very pleased with the clean and comfortable room, and I know they must have made great effort for it. I couldn't find any single thing that I didn't like about, they made every detail perfect. The staff needed to prepare food or drink and serve many guests many times a day, it was not an easy task, but they were smooth and experienced and I really appreciate it. I wish I could remember more names, many of them have helped me from many aspects, I remember them all. There is one name I did remember is Thomas, he is fun and hard-working, I think he should conder being a star. At last, to be honest, I think all of the staff are good-looking, all of them, and they were shining and pleasant. I wish them all the best.

An exceptional hotel, well run with very friendly and helpful staff who always go the extra mile to deliver outstanding service. The food is excellent, the rooms spotlessly clean and with good views and the pool and sauna very welcome after a long days' skiing. Well located a short walk to the new lift and close to the village centre. This was our sixth visit and will no doubt come again.

I visited the area for a business trip and I was amazed by the kindness of the staff and the quality of service. I have left two pieces of beloved clothes in the room by mistake and the management has sent me them by post. The food is also wonderful.
