Amazing location and surroundings. I stayed here for a conference for one weekend and my room was great with a wonderful view of the mountains. Nice breakfast and excellent service, the staff was truly helpful and kind! I can really recommend this lovely hotel! And don't miss going up to the Glacier, the front desk at the hotel will help you with tickets :)
Amazing location. I stayed here for a conference. The food was excellent and the staff were amazingly helpful. The rooms are basic, but that is more than compensated for by the helpful staff and the great location. I would love to go back.
excellent location, staff were very attentive and accommodating. the pool was good, sauna was excellent. Walks up and down the valley were breathtaking. I liked the exercise path which went through the woods and along the river.
Great breakfast, wonderful staff. 1 minute walk to ski pistes. I didn't use the swimming pool so I can't comment on that. Food and restaurant are very good. I agree with other comments on the super-friendliness of staff. Makes such a difference.
With extremely expensive prices you expect a decent service. At least in Switzerland. Instead the water of the very small swimming pool is extremely cold. The restaurant took ages to serve and only once my wife finished the entree they served my entree.
Heating was crazy and people making noise till 3 am.

We thank you very much for the review of your recent stay at our hotel Eurotel Victoria in Les Diablerets. Your feedback is valuable to us and we continously look for improvement. We are sorry to hear that our restaurant service took too long and as well that some of our other guests were noisy until 3 am. Our Night Receptionist takes care of this problem usually but was unfortunately not aware and we appologize for the inconvinience caused.
Our swimming pool (12m x 8m) is heated to 26 degrees as this is the highest temperature allowed by Swiss law for a hotel swimming pool without being connected to any thermal springs or without a change of the entire water capacity every day. Due to environmental reasons we decided to keep the temperature to this level and we thank you for your understanding.
