Unlikely setting for the best food yet in Switzerland. Busy staff were not the most welcoming BUT the food more than made up. Presentation is exceptional, flavours interesting but not extreme. Prices are high but justified with 2 amuse-bouches, 4 small vegies served separately with main and sweet mouthfuls with coffee. Scallops served with separate red curry followed by carre d'agneau - heaven.

Beautiful discovery this restaurant referenced in Gaut Millau, which I was lucky to be invited before my return to the Emirates.
The restaurant as the name suggests is located behind the station. A terrace is normally set during summer. It has a room quite cozy but not large (approx. 30-35 people) and the Café corner. Better to book to ensure you have the chance to eat there (two times I try to reserve without success ....)

Warm welcome by the owner and one of her colleague. The dish menu shows a variety of French cuisine.

Our choice was on the following dishes:
- Chateaubriand with Bearnaise sauce for 2 people
- Rack of lamb with wasabi sauce
- Light mascarpone mousse with berries
- Iced nougat with honey
- The trilogy of crème brûlée (vanilla, tonka, amber)

As starter, a nice surprise and presentation, as potato foam (charlotte) with a soup ......... (oops forgotten what it was ....) presented in a bottle and drink through a straw. Everything was excellent.

Main dish, the meat was accompanied by four jars containing, roasted potatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and a foam carrot with coconut milk.

Beautiful presentation again, meat cooked on request between bleeding and dot with a creamy béarnaise sauce. In a word, perfect. The desserts listed below also of the same ilk.

Finally, coffee with petits fours (homemade cookies), the most original and so good.
I highly recommend this restaurant due to the host part, the food and presentation.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Cully during its famous jazz-festival. As we often go out dining in special places with friends, we figured that 15 Gault-Millau-Points would be worth checking out. But what a disappointment! Not worth mentioning in any guide, except for warnings. The menu is uninspired, no vegetarian alternatives, some menu suggestions repeat the same side dishes. The only good thing was the wine, but even that was served with one of those dreadful pouring-aids. The dishes look fancy, but the food is mediocre and not worth half the price. Shame I haven't read a review beforehand.

Do not go here! The food is over priced and very poor. The service is horrendous, you have opnyl just sat down and they have taken your order and one minute later the starter arrives, then the plates are cleared and the main course arrives- ridiculously rushed. Food is expensive and not that impressive, the restaurant whilst quite impressive has no atmosphere and the toilets are dirty. There are much better places in Paris to enjoy!
