It was middle-May when we came here. Leukerbad was almost empty on that day. No tourists, no skiers, no locals. But this restaurant was open and a flock of local men were watching a hockey match in the bar, when we came.
We were the only guests in the restaurant that evening. The host didn't speak English and called a girl from the kitchen to help us order food. The girl was cute and polite.
We had a salad as a starter and a great fondue as a main dish. Really outstanding experience. Fondue was one of the best I've ever had in my life.
By the way, local beer was also very good.
