I stayed in a single for one night. Booking was easy but when I got there I found that they had mixed up the dates and had been expecting me the day before. They found the original confirmation and things were sorted out immediately. The room was very small with a balcony and a bathroom with a full-size bath. Small TV with cable and the usual selection of channels. Free wifi but only in the lobby and salon. The bed was single and comfortable. Enough wardrobe space and hangers for one person. The room was spotlessly clean. Half-board is obligatory but I only had breakfast which was a bit of a disappointment. No croissants, only a selection of breads, cuts cereals and yoghourts. Coffee was the standard hotel breakfast variety.
The hotel is cheap for Verbier, I paid SFr 150. Its location is perfect, just steps away from the Medran lift and parking is free, a major plus. This an old style family hotel such as one rarely finds these days. Despite its quirks I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it but perhpas not to everyone.More
