Verbier is expensive - and finding a place to eat that is fairly reasonable yet serving decent food is not easy. However, this is the second time I have eaten here and found the food to be good. My meal was simple - mushroom soup followed by spaghetti carbonara. The soup was tasty and the pasta was cooked as it should be. My companion's meal was equally simple. With a glass of wine for me and a beer for him and two coffees at the end the bill came to £55 without tip. Yet I would return again because of the quality of the food and especially the service. It was nice to see staff interacting with young children eating there with their parents.
