Front desk receptionists were very good, friendly, and provided excellent customer service.
Room was clean.
Halls and room all smelled a bit of synthetic perfume. Best hotels use no perfume.
The elevator was broken. They said it's old and can't find parts and it needs to be rebooted (turn on and off) regularly to work!
Worst part -- room had only a think curtain so as soon as the sun rises you can get awoken by light and there's no way around it.
Lastly, way over priced. 200 Swiss Francs is simply too much for a small room and 1 "full" size bed.
Breakfast was good.
Overall experience was average.
