The food was fantastic and atmosphere very nice. That said, when we ordered the soufflé dessert, the restaurant manager informed us it would take 25min to make and it would interfere with their next seating. We had been there an 1h15min so this was very disappointing to us, they ended up moving us to the bar to eat our soufflé. I've never heard of a restaurant doing this and to be more insulting as we left through the restaurant to give our server his tip, no one had been seated at out table. As a side note this hotel is swarming with British people so if you want a swiss experience stay someplace else.
