This place used to be well known for its cheese dishes. But in 2012, a new owner (a former trader) renovated it and changed the formula. Now French cuisine is served.
We were nicely welcomed and brought to our table. The place is pretty and well decorated. We ordered salads, fried duck foie gras, and steaks, followed by deserts. Tried white and red wine by the glass. Everything was quite good. And the pricing very decent. Faultless. We will certainly go back next time we will be in the Val d'Illiez.
