Rooms are adequate and very clean. Appointed as expected. Very quiet

Our twin had one bed and one solid stone - the mattress was shot and felt like lying on the floor!

You HAVE to look at the picture uploaded as this is your pillow. Yep, just the one and when I requested more I was told the policy is one pillow per person. They would not allow me another!!!

Fortunately we only stayed one night for a concert at Les Docks as it was exceptionally uncomfortable (quite a way out of town too).

The cost was an indication that this was not a budget range hotel, and on arrival it could easily be mistaken for a regular Ibis, in fact we’ve stayed in Ibis hotels way substandard to this one.
Bugbear, parking for €8.50
Receptionist was very helpful and told us to leave the car and get the bus into the city centre, using the free guest card, which we did. Bus stop is across the road and takes 25 minutes into the centre.
Breakfast was good, usual choices.

Being Switzerland this was very expensive for the facilities offered. The room was adequate and the receptionist was very accommodating in giving us a high floor overlooking the mountains. The room was clean except when we tried to take a pillow from the top bunk ( which we did not use). The pillow case had not been washed and was dirty from a previous guest.

The room was not maintained properly. The mirror light didn’t work. The shower drain seemed half clogged. The bed sheets old and deteriorated. I asked for 2 extra pillows but I was only allowed to get one. Breakfast acceptable.

Not a good visit this time.

The room had a seriously blocked sink and a non-functioning light in the toilet. Both are things that you would expect the hotel staff to spot, report and fix.

Other than that, a standard budget hotel, comfortable with basic facilities. Adequate for an overnight stay.

The upside was that all the staff I met were great, helpful and smiley.
