What a super family run hotel! Recently renovated (and a little work still underway!) it looks stylish and homely at the same time.
My room - an executive single was comfortable, and perfect for a business trip, nice bed and big walk in shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming and sitting down at a small desk to check in was a luxury compared to waiting in line at a large hotel.
This hotel is well placed if you want to walk into town. If you walk down the hill to town there is a great bar called the Dach on the 13th floor of the large building which faces you at the junction.
Hamza the night reception guy was very friendly and pours a great gin and tonic.
When I stayed here on 13th and 14th August it was very hot and air conditioning would have been a welcome addition, otherwise absolutely no complaints!More
