Far cheaper than staying in Frankfurt, this hotel is a good stopping point en route from Frankfurt to the Black Forest. The room (in the annexe) was a good size, good wifi and very good breakfast. No complaints.

I stayed here for 3 days while on a business trip with a number of colleagues. At best, it's an ok hotel - but badly in need of modernisation - especially for business users like myself.
Of note, there is a desk to work on in my room - but no nearby power sockets for laptops and mobiles. (Nearest being behind the tv or beside the beds). Then there is the wi-fi. Yes it does exist, but technical problems with their equipment made it almost impossible for me or my colleagues to use it. Requests to the reception staff to report it made no difference. Worryingly, on the infrequent occasions that the wi-fi worked, I needed to provide my full name, address and email details. this left me wondering exactly what they intended to do with this unnecessary information!
There is a very helpful chef to cook omelettes at breakfast - but she only had one hot plate - and was taking 10 minutes per omelette. Sometimes there were already two on the go - meaning a 20 to 30 minute wait. The alternative scrambled egg was best served with a pick axe!
Room keys are a traditional key - rather than a modern electronic lock, so room security may also be something to consider. Mine was a double bedded room - however, this is really two separate mattresses - with small single quilts each. Being tall, I had to choose between my neck and feet to keep warm!
The corridors - especially the stair well were in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint - however on the positive side, my bathroom was clean and modern.
The hotel staff were very friendly - but in my view, someone in the hotel's management should look at the overall experience from a guests perspective.

If you stay at Alle don't go to the residential building is really bad, from the room that was too cold, to the shower where the water burns you or is too could.
The breakfast, at main building is very good. At least that is good

A pretty large hotel in Bensheim which caters mostly for business travellers and as such it is nothing really special. A very large lobby with friendly staff greats the traveler but the rooms are pretty bland and nothing special. Not very big but far from too small and ceratinly clean and well apointed but lacking any kind of atmosphere.

The bathroom is clean as well, shampoo only from a dispenser and a very short divider between the shower and the rest of the room so larger people will most likely end up with a flooded bathroom.

In case your company puts you here for one night or two, nothing to complain aboout, for longer or more touristic stays I´d rather not take it it is far from the city center and the very boring rooms do not invite for a longer stay. I skipped the breakfast, thought it was not worth the money (you have to pay extra).

I stayed here quite a few times. The rooms are quite small and a little bit low standard, but very clean and with a nice view to the amazing garden area, this hotel owns. You may enjoy breakfast outside at the garden area, lunch and dinner are also ok, many choices but the quality is only average. The meeting rooms are nice, with view to the garden area. The service is ok, typical German standard. The TVs are way to small. Parking is free.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, although small by american standards. WiFi worked fine for me. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, which had plenty of variety to choose from.

A clean hotel, which splits the smoking and non smoking rooms into seperate areas.

The non smoking rooms are considerably smaller the those for the smokers. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, however you can call for room service for drinks. A price list would have been useful.

Breakfast was 12 euro's, but a taxi or a 15 minute walk into besheim and a cheaper breakfast can be found in the many cafes. But be careful they do not charge you for breakfast at the hotel.

Over all a clean hotel a little out of the way from the main town but no major complaints, but not really worth the money.
