We made a last minute booking with Thomson to this hotel.
Overall we felt it was quite good value, breakfast is not the best meal served at this hotel and the tea and coffee was one of the worst I have tasted. After 10 am you can get a coffee from a coffee machine that will serve cappachino which tasted quite nice, so we used to wait until then before we had coffee. Lunch is ok but the choice is not as great as hotels in Spain, but we always found something we could eat. Dinner did offer a little more choice and again it was ok. The drinks are incuded at this hotel, be careful though they don't skimp on measures. Rooms are comfortable a mini bar is included in the price but only refilled every two days or 3 days in our case (2 beers, 2 bottles of water and two soft drinks). The staff at this hotel are very friendly so for a holiday in Bulgaria you could do a lot worse. We booked a holiday with Bulkan Holidays 4 years ago and found them to be the worst travel agent we have ever used, so be careful if booking your holiday with them.
