Enjoyed all of the pools/both inside and out and the wonderful spa treatments. The pool areas have both nude/bathing suit areas so be sure to find the right one for you. If you do choose the nude bathing remember that you must be nude as bathing suits are restricted. Both sides have indoor/outdoor pools with different temperatures/hydro therapies along with cascading waterfalls/"lazy river", etc. The saunas range from steam to dry, they have for a small charge extras rooms such as light therapy, mud rooms, etc. There is also an exercise room if you are so inclined. I was only there for 1 full day and wanting to relax did not take advantage of all they had to offer. I would love to return and explore some of the optional activities they have next trip.
I did take advantage of their deluxe pedicure/foot massage for 39 euro/60 minutes and their classic facial/massage for 62 euro/90 min along with the eyelash/brow dyeing 6/5 euro which was worth every penny. The rooms were hygienic/comfortable and the staff were wonderful. Their english is fair but that is really not a problem as there is very little talking while you are having your spa experience.
I enjoyed the band they give you which opens your locker and pays for all of your food so you do not need to bring money or keys with you. Everything you purchase within the spa will be stored in your bracelet and you can pay at the exit.
Bring your own towel and flip flops and leave your phone in the locker as a) it is not allowed in the spa and b) it will be blocked except for emergency calls. I did receive a call while outside and was asked quickly and politely by the staff to please turn it off. They are very sensitive to anything other than relaxation and I did see the staff talk with a small boy/mother about his behavior (jumping into one of the whirlpool). The changing areas are coed (have your own changing room) but showers are gender specific. I like the larger dressing rooms for families. The hair dryers/mirror areas are also coed and kept in excellent condition.
I ate a light lunch inside the spa area so I didn't have to change from my bathing suit and a nice glass of wine in the cafe near the entrance and shared a snack with my husband. The food/price was typical in taste/presentation in both places.
I really enjoyed my experience at KissSalis Therme and would definitely go again if ever in the area!
