We decided to visit this park on the last morning of our week in Ruhpolding and had a great time. Travel on the bus was free with the X-tra Card, as was entry (normal price over 10 euros) and getting there soon after opening time meant we virtually had it to ourselves for an hour or so. Loved the rides, games and fairy tales and didn't come across any other Brits while we were there. You don't need to be with children to enjoy it and the walk back to Ruhpolding is pleasant too.

This place is great fun for big kids and small kids. It is reasonable to get in, you can bring your own food, or you can eat great value, good quality food in the restaurant. Came here 6 years ago and it was as good today as it was then, and that've added a lot to it, Go there and have fun!

An amazing adventure, fairytale, dragon ride, rollercoaster, dinosaur mountain and game park for all ages!
It will take you all day and its worth every minute of it... you will feel you're a part of your youth fairytale stories you used to know.... It will transport you instantly into another dimension of time!
Its open daily and you'll enjoy it either its summer or winter !
Even if you don't have kids once you're there you'll feel like a kid yourself ... don't miss it !!

My family (5 and 9 year old children) were so impressed with this park. Gorgeous forest setting, with fairy-tale re-enactments and delightful rides and games. The roller-coaster was a huge hit, also the GIANT slide (on hemp sacks down incredibly long metal slides). The bathrooms were the cleanest and most luxurious that I've ever seen in a theme-park! This park is also a good option if the weather's damp as there's lots of shelter and under-cover rides. My kids didn't want to leave even after spending 3 hours there. We got in for free, with the tourist-pass given to us by our B&B. Note: There is a very steep hill to walk up from the car-park before you get to the entrance, and lots of ground to cover through the park.
