My husband and I stayed here for 1 night and I really wish it would have been a whole week. This castle/hotel is so beautiful. Our room (13) was huge and had the best view. Our stay cane with a 4 course meal which did not disappoint. Everything we ate was amazing and the service was on point. They also have a garden area which is spectacular.

Wonderful. You should stay more than one night! Between all the nook and crannies of the castle (hotel), then weaving your way through the garden, then finding there's a tower (museum) to explore.....! one day does not do it justice. The attention to detail..the service...the food! When you get into your room, there's welcoming sherry, apples and chocolates. Even music..classical and opera cds! I don't normally listen to that type of music, but when in a castle....! Need I say more? Just wonderful.

We decided to splash out on a one night stay at this castle hotel. This is the best hotel we have stayed in. The room decor was lovely with special touches like the complimentary sherry & mini bar. Our balcony had an amazing view over the castle and The Rhine river. We were fortunate enough to have warm weather and sit out there watching the birds circling around the castle. Our room price included a four course dinner. We had an additional appetiser, compliments of the chef and another mini dessert with coffee, so ended up eating six courses! The following morning we had a luxury buffet breakfast and sat on the outside veranda.The food was fantastic, we could not fault it. We explored the secret garden, which is only accessible to staying guests and there are also a few rooms for guests to relax in. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Can highly recommend staying in room no.35, although you have to climb four flights of stairs! Good job you can have your luggage brought up from the car park. If you only get the chance to stay in one castle hotel, you have to stay here.
