We have stayed at this location numerous times and are always greeted with friendly staff.
The location is great and the Breakfast buffet is very good it offers something for everyone's taste buds. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes to the airport and they have parking at the hotel as well.
Recommend NH Frankfurt Airport location for your stay this is "our go to location".

Recently stayed here in mid-April. The room was clean and large by European standards, the bed was comfy, the dining was limited but tasty (I especially loved the breakfast spread). Many people complained about the noise from planes landing overhead, but it never bothered me That's the price you pay for being so close to an airport. The reception desk was very polite and helpful.
The only thing that would've made this better is I got mixed up for the shuttles at the airport. There's NH Frankfurt Airport Hotel (this one) and then NH Frankfurt Airport West. I mistakenly got on the shuttle bus for the latter, only to realize my mistake when I tried checking in and spent about 18 Euros on a taxi to get to the correct place. A little more clarity from the hotel(s) would avoid this being a frequent mistake. Aside from that, I will happily stay at this hotel again should I ever find myself flying out of Frankfurt again.
The hotel is located very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle pick up from the airport. A trip to the airport costs 3 Euros. The rooms are comfortable, the bed is amazing, the staff are warm and the hotel is generally well maintained. Flip side - you may hear the noise of airplanes flying over every 3-4 minutes which only stops after 10 PM and resumes at 6 am again.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in transit through Franfurt.
Reception staff is ok. Room is big enough. Wi-Fi speed is fair.
Now the drawbacks.
1. I spend 2 nights together with my colleague in 2 different rooms. Both keys were deactivated. It seems they are used to receiving single night guests.
2. The heating / ac unit controls did not work (Room 214). I slept in a quite cold room for 2 nights not being able to turn up the heat.
3. Room cleaning. The lady cleaned it up ok but she did not replenish the coffee and tea bags the second day.
Hotels is Frankfurt are expensive, even by the airport, but this one is normally OK in prices. About 8 minutes from Terminal 1 by shuttle bus. Hotel is really quiet and staff very helpful. it´s a good place to rest between flights or if you have to catch and early flight.
Breakfast is really good.
