Absolutely wonderful room, wonderful host and staying here made our trip just that little bit more special. The views from the propoerty are magnificent and the delicious breakfast makes a very good start to the day!

After much reviewing we choose this Bed and breakfast. Vacation apartments as well
as a variety of rooms are available. A few minutes out of Schoenau but within 2 minutes of the bus stop. The lodging is typical Bavarian and super clean and convenient.
Frau Kuepper and her staff do a wonderful job. Communications and information about the area really made us feel welcome. Breakfast served every morning with fresh rolls and all the breakfast items that you may wish for. We enjoyed the mountain views from our room . We also had lots of snow. A magical vacation in a beautiful place.

clean room. miss Kupper gave us good tips for spending the day out. very good breakfast. good price. the toilet for this room were outside, but it was not a problem.(i did not pay attention to this when i chose the room. but it was written)

The hotel is located on Grunsteinstr on way
to Konigssee amidst Alps mountain range.
Hostess Ms. Kupper is very kind and helpful.
It is reasonably good, adequately furnished,
well equipped and nicely maintained. Rooms
are clean and comfortable.Parking place is
available. Excellent breakfast is served.
Room tip: While booking specify correct number of persons including No. of children. In case you forget you may have to face extra charge.

Stayed here for 1 night, all very last minute - and on German Reunification bank holiday weekend, so lucky to get a room anywhere - this one had a separate bathroom, which although it is across a corridor (literally 2 steps), we had sole use of it. Met by our superb host on arrival, who showed to our room and checked if we wanted dinner somewhere local, within walking distance, which she booked for us - thanks! Superb breakfast, plenty of choice, from continental style buffet-bar, fresh cooked eggs etc..Easy payment, and more local top-tips from our host as we checked out. taking her advice, we saw the Almabtrieb ceremony at Salet (at the end of Konigsee lake) and also met the cows coming down from the Obsersalzberg meadows too! A great packed 24 hours in what is the most beautiful location I think I have ever seen. Go visit - take a trip on the lake.
Room tip: Book early!
