This hotel is the most wonderful hotel we have stayed in in all our travels - the breakfast is outstanding. The room is very quaint with all the necessities you can ever want.....and the staff is superb! If you want some food stored, they offer you their fridge - anything they can do to help you - it's there!

The owner of the hotel is a wonderful woman - very down to earth and friendly - if there is anything she can do to help you, she will - no problem!

We have stayed at this hotel two times now and would not stay anywhere else in Homburg.
We give this hotel a BIG 5 STAR PLUS!

Great hotel. Wonderful staff. The owner Millie is a very nice person. Very personable and easy to talk to. Breakfast is great, and there are plenty of eating establishments in town. Plenty of hiking trails in the nearby forrest. Highly recommend staying there if in the area.

Room Tip: Rooms on the back side tend to be quieter than the street side.

Excellent location. The hotel has their own parking garage (paid). The breakfast is good, there's all you could want. I read the reviews on the reception and i was not as impressed as the other guests. The lady was indeed very nice, but did not seems to know a lot of restaurants in the city that she could recommend. In fact, she could hardly find the hotel on the map. There is no elevator, so you have to walk with your luggage up the stairs. Although the rooms are non smoking, you can smell the smoke when you walk the corridor. The room is okay, with a good enough bathroom with 70's colors.Very good mattress on the bed. With some redecorating and modernization this could be a great hotel. Having said that, the price/performance is still okay.

Always enjoy my stay at the Euler. The hotel staff is fantastic. Everyone has a smile on their face, and is always in a good mood. The propriator, Millie, is a wonderful person. She will go the extra mile to see that your stay is very enjoyable. She really makes you feel at home. I look forward to my next stay there. The hotel is right in town, with plenty of restaurant options. It is a short walk to the forrest, where there are many trails to hike. For those who exercise, there are passes available to the local gym that is only a short walk away.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. They are somewhat quieter than the street side.

I stay at the Euler once every three months on business and every time I check in I remember that it does not have a elevator/lift. Getting that fact out of the way I can say that otherwise it is quite acceptable and affordable.

It is also convenient to the downtown restaurants and shopping. It has a parking garage and free wifi. The breakfast is excellent! The staff is friendly and the front desk speaks English.

Rooms are comfy but do not have the usual features; no coffee pot, hair dryers on request, iron on request, etc. But the price, service and breakfast make up for those short comings.

Room Tip: Lower might be better (no lift).
