When we got to the hotel, we were punchy, suffering from jet-lag, and extremely ill-tempered. Five minutes with the receptionist and all was well. He was efficient, warm without being familiar, informative--whatever you'd want in the first person you speak with at your hotel.
The room itself was charming and spacious.
The room was expensive, around 140 Euros, but included a breakfast buffet of lavish proportions.
The location--a major criterion for us--was perfect and put us within comfortable walking distance of everything in the Old Town that we wished to see.
The only negative that comes to mind was the internet was down the three days we were there.
