My wife and I want to thank Tim Hatler and his staff at Palapas Ventana, are trip was booked and airline tickets purchased when Hurricane Irene slammed our island and home in Eleuthera Bahamas three days before we to leave. Sending an E-mail to Tim I simply stated due to Irene we would not be making the trip thinking that was the end of the money we had sent to Palapas Ventana. Instead we received an e-mail expressing concern for the well being of the local Bahamains and my wife and I. Would we like a full refund or a credit to be used at our convenience. As an airline pilot and world traveler this type of personnel touch is a rarity in todays world were the bottom line is more important then customer care.
Hat's off to Tim and his staff we are looking forward to spending time at Palapas Ventana and meeting everyone.
