This was the second time I've stayed at Casa Antigua and there is no where else in La Ventana that I could imagine staying. The accommodations here are both first class and comfortable. The 2 bedrooms both have very comfy beds,  air conditioning. ceiling fans and lots of closet space. This, with the 2 full bathrooms allows you to easily share with another couple wilts still having your own privacy.  The common  area consists of the large kitchen and living room. The kitchen is complete with everything you need including a gas stove in center island that is great for times you want to stay in, sit around with friends and cook a meal together.  The living room has a big comfy couch and chair and as well as satellite TV to make you feel right at home.  One of the best features of this L-shaped house is the great pool that is in the center of the of the yard and that you can walk out to from either bedroom or the living room area of the house. It's perfect for lounging around in the sun and popping in for a refreshing dip when needed. There is also shady areas right beside it for those who want a little relief from the sun at times. You are also able to look out onto the Sea of Cortez from pretty much anywhere you sit in or around the pool. And if it's more of a view you are looking for, all you need to do is go up the stairs and sit under the pergola on the roof top sitting area. 
The beach is a 10 minute walk and once there you can walk for miles in the sand, both white and black sand you will see. A great place for paddle boarding ‎or snorkeling is about a 20 minute walk down the beach on the way to Playa Central where there  they serve great breakfasts, pizza and make the best lemonade that you can take back to enjoy at the house . I could go on but I think you get the picture by now. Highly recommended!!!
