We were in Stonebridge building 2, in a 2 bedroom suite for a week over New Years. The room is very well laid out, we had 3 adults and 3 kids and plenty of space. The kitchen is well enough equipped, I prepared most of our meals in advance and we just reheated things, nothing was missing. Especially impressive was the quality of the frying pans. It seems drying racks have been added to the rooms and we used ours frequently. The hot tub was well maintained, higher chlorine levels than I like, but within reason.
The shared pool was often occupied by unruly and unsupervised kids.
The biggest problem was check in the first night. You need to go to central reservations first, so make sure that is in your GPS if you are driving. Also central reservations is where you buy tickets and ski school packages in advance, but they don’t sell or tell you about beginner packages. We ended up getting an exchange and refund, but it took some convincing. The ski school was okay. They didn’t have coat tags for the beginner skiers, so there was no progression from day to day. My son spent all four days of lessons without leaving the magic carpet. He’s a pretty athletic kid, I would have thought he would have more progress in lessons every day.
Overall it was a great vacation and we are already planning a return visit. Stonebridge is a fabulous location, and the skiing at Big White is perfect for our family now.

If you are in need of a home away from home while up at Big White, this is the place for you! Brian has not only created a warm, clean, cozy, comfy space to hang your toque, but he's really thought of all the details. Every little thing you will need while on vacation is there for you. Books & games, extra blankets for the extra chilly days, a steam shower, fast wifi, a kitted out kitchen, all the amenities, plenty of space, lots of storage, everything works. It really is an exceptional space for both adults & children.

Location couldn't be better as you are right beside both the village and a lift. Parking is in a great spot, secure & underground, with a handy elevator if you're travelling with lots of stuff! There is a hot tub on the balcony to relax in or you can move inside & cozy up by the fire place. This is a place you will want to hang out at when you're not playing on the hill.

On top of all that, the view is stunning & Brian will take care of you like you were family. We highly recommend 3101 Stonebridge & wouldn't even entertain the idea of staying anywhere else at Big White.

We've been visiting Big White for 17 years every March break. We loved The White Crystal with Front desk and restaurant downstairs. But we outgrew it so moved to Stonebridge which was a lovely ski in/out treat for a few years. This year our unit was worn out. The carpet was frayed and has a big red wine stain. The unit requires cleaning when we arrived as the fridge was covered in fingerprints. It was never dusted. You could write your name on the windowsill and on table shelves below eye view. When we asked housekeeping about it a young man replied,"this sure is one of the dustier units I've been in!"...and then walked out. Apparently they only vacuum every three days. The whole place could unit a refresh.

This is a great ski in/out location right on the edge of the village. It was so easy to come in for lunch or a break and to walk into the village.
This particular unit (#2302, building 2) was nicely decorated and configured (double bunks). It felt a little tight compared to the Stonegate which we stayed in last time. The hot tub was perfect but there is not a great view from this unit. Basic for cooking were supplied and we cooked a fair bit. Would have been nice to have some pantry staples (oil, etc) but we could purchase them easily at the market. No cards or board games provided, TV selection is very limited & WiFi wasn't great.
The small lobby of this building had an unpleasant odour (fish/garbage) likely from the attached restaurant.
All in, our family preferred the Stonegate for the games room, pool, beautiful views, and slightly more space but this is certainly a nice, convenient condo.

Lovely apartment we stayed in and the staff were friendly. Hot tub on the balcony was great to relax on after a day of skiing. Second bedroom was setup for kids not adults as bunk beds, which wasn’t practical for older folk. Didn’t get fresh towels during our stay which would have been preferable after a week, and the kitchen utensils were limited in being able to cook for ourselves- definitely needs an update! The ski lockers were great and led us right onto the ski run which was perfect. Limited space to put our ski boots on and off in the apartment. Apartment still had Christmas decorations up, however it was a very homey place to stay. Some card games in the apartment would have been welcome.
