The rooms are okay ..basic, with TV and cable with minimum channels. Hot water comes for 10 mins and stops. Location is walk-able distance from Badrinath. This is why even though service is atrocious, rooms are full during seasons.
The lady at the reception is very arrogant. She needs a lesson in graciousness, she is curt to the point of rude. The service is terrible at the restaurant. We had paid for dinner and breakfast. We had to wait for a long time to get our dinner. It was too oily and too spicy, they did not even bother to inform us what we would get or give us a menu.
For breakfast we waited for more than 30 minutes and we got tea and 3 pieces of toast for two people!!!!
At night, waiters came knocking even though we had not ordered anything...this even after we had slept!!!!
This review is for the hotel which is just near the badrinath temple
