Been here a few times, had mixed experiences.
9 of us dined for my sons birthday, we paid a deposit by credit card over the phone. Luckily we took a printout of our online bank statement as when we arrived not only was there no table booked they had no recollection of our deposit. Eventually we were sat down and ordered only to be further interrogated and accused of lying, luckily we had the printed statement so they couldn't really argue....this was later met by red faced Colin aka Swiss Tony apologising saying it had not been filed. Generally unprofessional, food was ok. Not sure if I would return.
