The nature cabins have a double bed, a flat TV with satellite channels, a private jacuzzi + shower cabin, coffee/tea set + electric kettle. There is also a small extra room for a child. The meals in the restaurant are very good with plenty of choice. The view from Ramot is splendid, especially at sunset time. The location is convenient for exploring the Golan heights and the Sea of Galilee area. The prices may be very high during the Jewish holidays season.

Had a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a beautiful cabin which comes with a jacuzzi. Breakfast was superb. Great location and beautiful views of the sea of Galilee. Would defiantly return again.

...too expensive for a barely 3 stars hotel services.

We were in the wood cabines not in the hotel. Very spacious and calm.

Good food at the restaurant both breakfast and dinner (but horrible decoration).

A lot of outside activities to do in the area.

I took my family of 6 to the Ramot Resort overlooking the Sea of Galilee, it was exceeded my expectations. I stay at hotels very often, all over Israel, and Ramot has done an outstanding job in design & management. The staff was welcoming when we arrived, there was juice & cookies waiting at the reception (common, but it was well done here), and the staff was friendly (they actually smiled).

1: The view is unbelievable, you never get over it, it's just gorgeous and it's from everywhere.

2: Our room was gorgeous- we took a 'Deluxe Chalet Suite' - OMG. From our bed we could see the Sea of Galilee, we had a private jacuzzi, huge flat-screen, private in-room sauna, the shower was amazing, the linens, everything- they did an excellent job on design and amenities. There was a second "bedroom" in the suite with a crib & bunkbeds for my kids, they loved having their own little room and we loved having them close & safe. Our little chalet had a private yard as well, it was great.

3: We brought 4 children with us, the pool was great for them, the bar at the pool has ice-creams and drinks, the grass and area around the pool was perfect. and of course, lounging by the pool with a view to the Sea of Galilee is incredible.

4: The staff tolerated my children being wild, so that is good- nothing makes me more crazy than (any) staff policing my kids, but the dining room staff was friendly and accommodating.

5: The main building of the hotel was also recently remodeled and again, they did an amazing job. Every small details was remodeled, they did a great job, no expense spared and it shows. When you walk in to the reception you immediately feel on vacation, the decor, music, view, atmosphere, all perfect.

6: They had a kids room, and unlike many hotels it was staffed, modern and clean. The workers welcomed the kids and gave them art projects. Too many times I've seen hotel kids rooms un-staffed and grimey with just a kids movie playing. This was much nicer.

I had a seriously nice weekend, I stay at hotels all the time and Ramot will be my top 1-2 places in Israel for future vacations.

Safe travels in Israel!

Shalom Stark

Room Tip: Select the "Deluxe Chalet" luxury cabins, it's worth the money, trust me.

We stayed for 3 nights mid August. Initially there was confusion over our room and we were in a large double that over looked the Kinneret (galilee). Fabulous view but room was old and a bit "tired". Hotel realised their mistake - we hadn't complained as we were on a tour and didn't really know what had been booked. They moved us to a newer renovated room which was much more of 4 star standard. I credit the hotel for doing this without being asked, many would have left it till we complained - or didn't. Restaurant was buffet style. Food was good, but it was very noisy. Pool was also noisy and there was a children's club going on. Great hotel if you are going with kids. Less so if you want quiet relaxation. Very good location for touring northern Galil and the Golan Heights.

Lovely location, great pool, nice rooms(Deluxe Chalet). The guided tours of the Golan offered by the hotel were great. Cleaning staff were not the best, there were plenty of ants in the washroom. Keep in mind that Ramot is not a large place and the eating options are limited; you need to drive everywhere.

Stayed with my family for 4 nights on June. In the most expensive cabins. 2 days the A/C in the kids room was dripping water causing the room to be disabled (outside temp waas 40C). After two days we were moved to another chalet (in those two days several times we had to host the maintenance people...). Ever since then we've been waiting for a compensation but all we get is:"wait, wait, wait...).

DON'T GO THERE!!!
