“waterfalls but no Niagra”
Reviewed November 9, 2012

This is ok if passing by, but not worth travelling a great distance. You walk up past a waterfall, and can swim in the top pools if you like. Not really worth 4 euros, tho you can buy a joint ticket to the nearby Cactus Garden, which I really enjoyed.

“WATERWAYS”

Nice stroll alongside river with waterfalls and pool areas for swimming. Water is very cold, but refreshing. Can be very slippy when walking! Surrounded by restaurants, with car parking and some have swimming pools.

“Great family day out”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

On arrival you pay a nominal entrance fee (4€) which is well worth it as this money helps for the up keep of this natural attraction. You can easily spend the whole day here, the restaurants are adequate and toilet facilities clean. You can take a picnic and sit in this idilic place while the kids have fun paddling in the top streams. For the more adventurous there is a cave with a thundering waterfall that you can swim in. Even on the hottest day the chill of the cold waters will take your breath away. Be sure to take non slip shoes for clambering over the rocks. A bit higher up and you can dive from a platform into the freezing cold waters. A very enjoyable day.
