A beautifully small and intimate hotel - a perfect accompaniment for a weeks skiing in Val Thorens.

The staff are wonderful, the bar is cosy, the food is delicious, the rooms are just right.

I'll look forward to heading back to Hotel 3 Vallees.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the first floor! There is no lift, and after a tough day skiing your legs will app...

Now my 5th stay with the crew at Hotel 3 Vallees and it continues to impress. The staff is amazing, the location is perfect and the accomodations are great. Not to mention the restaurant. I'll be back without a doubt.

Cosy and very charismatic hotel, right in the center of town. Amazing food and service, friendly staff.

My room was facing the valley and mountains, great view (room no 106). Small(-sih) size rooms, but it's fine for a 3 star hotel. Unfinished wood on the walls and some furniture makes the room look nice and warm, however may catch clothes or give splinters, watch out.

Overall a very pleasant experience and great value for money.

The hotel is very cozy and has a good location. Rooms are nice and clean. Next to our room was sauna, so we used it everyday after skiing. Elise from the front desk is super friendly and nice person - always smiling and happy. :) restaurant is romantic and the food is absolutely delicious, every night there was a surprise. The only minus was the service in restaurant, they often forget us to bring the drinks and the service was a little bit slow. One time they even confused our food with other table. But overall it was very small minus, cuz the waiter and waiteresses were really friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning lady was always smiling. Def will come back as soon as possible!

This hotel is very reasonable, clean and cosy. It has a surprisingly good restaurant and a great snug warm bar. The rooms are basic but very comfortable.
I found all the staff very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.
I will return with my family next season.
It is not a ski in ski out hotel although a very short and easy walk to the piste

Room Tip: South / west rooms have the views

Although part of a modern building, this delightful hotel immerses you into an Alpine world of warmth and intimacy from the moment you step through the doors. Family owned and run, the service is friendly and helpful but not oppressive. Evening gatherings in the bar were made more fun by the delightful Toby at the bar - a maestro at cocktails and keen to ensure all his customers are well looked after. We found choosing your evening menu at breakfast sometimes quite difficult (it's hard to imagine rich food at 8am) but the food was always well prepared and we were certainly very well fed throughout the week. As in the bar, the restaurant service was very good.
The bedroom was quite small but well appointed and very well cleaned every day - we happily flopped in here after a hard day's skiing.
We also ate at the sister restaurant in the mountains. Upstairs, the food is really very fine dining (with prices to match) but very enjoyable - you must book in advance to ensure a table. Downstairs is the self-service area - good but still quite pricey and the step down from the canteen area towards the outdoor dining area felt steep with a tray in your hands and ski boots on feet!
Overall this was a fabulous week - we came home with lots of happy memories all helped by the gentle and helpful service provided at the Hotel 3 Vallees.

We stayed in 3 vallees for the closing weekend of Val Thorens (5-8 May).

The room was in line with a 3 stars hotel, all covered in wood which give it a nice chalet touch. The real difference in this hotel lies in its restaurant, which is delicious and offers a large variety of dishes, far superior to the average offering in half board plans of comparable places.

Breakfast is really plentiful, with fresh orange juice, a large selection of delicatessen, eggs, fruits, and much more so that you can ski the whole day with such a good start. At that time, you have to choose your option for the dinner which is already opening your appetite given how gourmet the options look like. It alternates local specialities (eg raclette) and tasteful creations including superior products such as scallops.

Great wine list, try the 10-year old Riesling, surprisingly sweet!
