We did take-away twice during our one-week stay (because it was so good the first time) Basically modified Thai cuisine from a young French couple who spent some time in Thailand. After the first time, we told them we wanted more spicy and less sweet food, as we were from Singapore, and they knew exactly what we meant. The second take-away was almost like food we find in Bangkok - with more lemon-grass, more spicy red chillies and more coconut milk. Pity about the small counter space - not an eat-in place. Good take-away for self-catering as the containers were well made to keep the liquids in despite being so hot (temperature-wise)
