I stayed for 3 nights in July for some summer skiing and walking. This hotel is the poshest mountain hotel I've stayed in. For context, I normally spend about £600 - £700 for a week in a chalet in winter including flights. A comparible holiday here in winter with the same travel agent I normally use is about £1200. I'd just never pay that. The reason being, it doesn't offer that much more.
Sure the bar is nice, the pool is lovely and the rooms are quite big. But on a ski trip, I could visit this bar from my chalet, go to the main pool in the centre of the village which looked good and would be happy with a smaller room, saving me a fortune.
The rooms, while big, were really dark due to the wood paneling.
Breakfast was excellent with an extensive buffet. It was really quiet so it may be a bit of a scramble in winter.
Would I stay here again? In summer, definitley. For 95 euros per night including breakfast I thought this was well worth it. In winter, definitely not.
