Great Pizza, Raclet and a €20 menu of the day is very good, oh and the service was near perfect. Well recommended!

“Great place to Celebrate your Birthday”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 3, 2013

We celebrated my friends birthday at the L'Arbina while a group of us were away skiing in Tignes this January (2013). We arrived 30 minutes early, but our table was ready for us. The service was great with our waiter having a great sense of humour. More importantly the food was excellent from start to finish.
A great place to eat

“Nicely presented food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 30, 2013

The restaurant is situated near the main centre of Le Lac. We ate there several times and the food was always very good and well presented, only problem we had was hairs in a couple of desserts, but no big deal.
The pizzas are probably the best value, but beware, the drinks prices are high. Outside, at Lunchtime, the Restaurant has a reasonably priced snack bar serving chips, hot-dogs, sandwiches etc.

“Look elsewhere for a better experience”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 28, 2013

Well, it is just the food really. We ordered the "Pierre Chaud". Yes; Hot Stone. The idea is good, the outcome isn't. First of all the beef had a funny smell. Maybe it is normal but I didn't really like it. The chicken was fine. It is the cooking you need to do yourself on that hot stone. They have put salt on it. I think that oil does more the trick as it doesn't stick to the stone. I thought that there could be more variety of meat for the price payed. The wine was beautiful.

“Great food!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 28, 2013

Really cosy atmosphere. Great value for money too- we had a raclette for 22(ish) euros per person and it was amazing. Huge plates of cured meats, salad and potatoes to go with an enormous wedge of Raclette cheese, on a traditional savoyade grill set. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making sure we had a great experience. Definitely worth a visit for a special meal.
