Spent a week here along with two other families and had a great time. The chalet has some teething problems in terms of finishing touches but overall offered excellent value for money.
The chalet owner picked us up from the airport and was on hand most of the week. The chalet girls also dropped us off at the slopes every day which is a real plus point when you have lots of small children and equipment, even when the chalet is close to the gondola and free ski bus.
The food was excellent throughout, including home cooked separate meals for the little ones (macaroni cheese, fish fingers and chicken escalopes and amazing puddings all home made) and great, hot fresh meals for the adults as well as plenty of local bottled wine with dinner.
Two of the rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious and some of the others were a bit more basic. There were ensuite showers in all the rooms with very powerful showers and loads of hot water. One of our families did have problems with the toilet in their room as it wouldn't flush properly which unfortunately wasn't fixed.
The atmosphere overall was very relaxed and the chalet girls, Emma and Tara couldn't have been more helpful. It's not a luxury chalet and doesn't claim to be and offers great value for the price, especially with the inclusive transfers we had. If some of the problems with plumbing can be ironed out then this review would be an Excellent.
