We stayed in this chale for a week in mid January, and were blown away by the place. Ollie and Kate are top class with their service and overall offering. The chalet itself is amazing, with amazing views across to Mont Blanc, and up to Morzine and Avoriaz. On a powder day you can ski in and ski out (not many places around Les Gets can boast that!). the hot tub takes full advantage of this and is a cracking reward once you have finished a day on the slopes. The food is great quality, but unpretentious and Ollie and Kate are welcoming, friendly and strike a real balance of being around when you need them, but not intrusive. Anything we needed or asked for we got, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Even when we wanted a few extra apres beers, Ollie accommodated it whilst still looking after the other guests. we have been visiting Morzine and Les Gets for a good number of years, and from conversations in resort the chalet has really stepped on from previous years since the team have taken it over, and it is really evident and great to see. We will definitely be going back. Thanks

We stayed at Above All Chalets earlier this month after being recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint!

Amazing chalet with perfect views of Mont Blanc from the hot tub! Excellent access to the slopes (we were lucky to catch the snowfall!) in Les Gets which easily link to Morzine + Avoriaz... the food was fantastic all week, and always more than plentiful... as was the wine!

All in all a fantastic holiday, and we will definately be back next year

This is our 3rd visit to this beautiful chalet with stunning views, but disappointed to report since the change in ownership standards are not the same.
The rooms are not cleaned or made up all week, we didn’t get a single towel change in 8 days, were emptying our own bins and having to ask for toilet roll. Not ideal on holiday.
The food is no longer a la carte, and was clearly on a tighter budget (chilli, curry’s etc.). Fruit at breakfast was scarce, and on a few days completely rotten through – so it’s strictly cereal, pastry, bread and eggs. The previous daily fruit salad was a miss. No one could have matched the previous owners baking skills, but afternoon tea was always basic, and baguettes and pastries in the morning were warmed from prebaked supermarket packs and not freshly made. No Rose wine was available throughout our stay.
The biggest problem here is the driver service - essential as this chalet is a 40 minute walk into town (and there are no taxis). Previously this has always been 24/7, and it is still advertised as such. In reality there are no late pick-ups and transfers were a daily issue. They only have 1 x 6 seater car, and 1 normal car, so can only transport 10 at a time (no idea how they’d manage with a full chalet). They have no racks or trailers for ski equipment so we had to leave our equipment in the ski shop everyday which was far from ideal. On previous stays we did daily après, and would be back into the village after dinner and out every other night till all hours, using the brilliant driver service – which is just not possible here now. On our only night out in the evening to celebrate a birthday we were told the latest collection was 12pm, and had to be pre-arranged. We felt like an inconvenience to get dropped off and picked up from the slopes, and were trapped in the chalet every night when the hosts went to bed at 9pm.
There is little interaction with the chalet hosts Ollie and Kate, and although they are nice people we often felt like an inconvenience to them. I think they are prioritising themselves over their guests. We ski at least 3 times a year, and sadly ‘above all’ has gone from being our favourite chalet, to the worst chalet experience we’ve had. We would no longer return, or recommend – and the entire group felt the same...

Visited with friends and family for a pre Christmas weeks skiing. No snow for a month could have spelled disaster, but our wonderful chalet hosts Oli and Kate were as good as their word and ferried us to Avoriaz daily so we could hit the slopes!
The chalet itself is something special. Nestled high above Les Gets there are uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc from virtually everywhere, and most importantly from the hot tub!
Meals were good and super plentiful- we all put on weight during the week. The feather blade of beef was delicious! Chalet wine can sometimes be a bit grim but this was more than drinkable and we sampled plenty during the week. Nice touches like bathrobes and slippers added to the experience for us and we'd definitely go back. Good luck for the rest of the season Kate and Oli!!

Honestly the best chalet I have ever stayed in! The design, layout, amenities, beds - all world class. Oli and Kate were unbelievably amazing and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They drove us around everywhere, loading/unloading our skis and boots. The hot tub experience was such an awesome way to end the day. The food was incredible - every dish was delicious, I don't think I have ever eaten that well. I highly recommend Above All, and will definitely go back!
