This accommodation suited our massive university group really well, though there were a few issues. For the price, I'd say it was averagely competetive, though not spectacular value. The location was decent, and the views were actually stunning in some of the higher up rooms - a welcome surprise. As mentioned in other reviews, the fab little Sherpa across the road is great for daily supplies and ingredients for meals, which you can cook in the fully kitted out room kitchens.
Upon arrival the rooms were really clean, to be fair to the hosts, though they are pretty harsh about the way you leave it and some of our group got fined. Make sure to leave everything the way you found it! Finally, the two main problems were the lack of consistent hot water (enough for about 2 normal showers, not great if you're sharing with 4 others), and the fact that it really has no character at all. Without snow, this part of the resort has absolutely no soul.More
