“Beautiful chalet in a fantastic location run by the friendliest of staff”
Reviewed March 20, 2011

It's the attention to detail that separates Chalet Panoramic from the others. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by Simon and Lisa and their wonderful staff. If you're a couple, group,or a family with kids looking for a skiing holiday with a homely atmosphere and a 'nothings too much trouble' approach this would be an excellent choice. Ski, eat, drink and be pampered !!!!!

We had a marvellous time with the help of a nice staff, very welcoming and caring. My kids ( 7 and 11) were happy and relax, feeling at home. They loved the hot tub and the bar where they could serve themselves cokes and chips after a good day skiing.
It is also pleasant to be able to ski from the chalet and come back easily in the afternoon without cars. The meals are delicious and healthy, lovely desserts and afternoon teas (I enjoyed the scones with fresh cream and jam.
It's a good treat.

This was our second trip to Panoramic and just as good as the first. Very comfortable chalet with an amazing position on the slopes, wonderful staff, great food and a fab atmosphere. We came without our little children but would love to bring them here in the future. Couldnt fault the entire experience.

From the moment we were picked up in Geneve, by one of the staff from the chalet, we felt relaxed. When we arrived at the chalet we were met by Lisa who made us feel so at home. The chalet is beautiful. Our room had french doors that opened onto a little balcony that overlooked the villiage. The beds were lush with beautiful soft quilts and pillows. Being first time skiers, everything was organised for us, ski passes, ski gear and lessons. The food....was amazing!! The best part was meeting the other guests at the chalet, sharing stories, and by the end of the week we all felt like one big family.
Oh also soaking in the hot tub after a day skiing while watching other skiiers coming down the slopes.
We are already planning our next trip back there.

For the first time ever I have visited the same resort and stayed in the same accomodation two years in a row and it is down to the Chalet Le Panoramic, with its hot tub and wonderful food. At 1 hour drive from Geneva and literally on the edge of the slope of L'Aiguille it is ideally placed to look after skiers of all standards.

The team of Lisa and Simon, Richard and Alice, Andrew and Danni once again did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible (ski boots allowing) from cooking an egg "just so" in the morning to bringing a beer out to the hot tun at the end of the day. As before the evening meals were incredible, and sharing the one long table with all of the guests meant that we all got to know each other and hear about everyone's exploits - great fun when there are some learner skiers sitting within earshot!

The rooms are prettily decorated with plenty of storage and hanging space for all the gear and our bathroom had been recently refurbish with a wonderful shower. Canapes and drinks with everyone in the evening in front of the fire were always great fun, made even better by the fact the it was fine to wear your slippers and most comfortable lounging outfit - a real home from home, just with someone else doing the cooking, cleaning and washing up.

There is just one day in the week when the team don't work though they still provide boiled eggs for breakfast. If you can't face the 10 minute walk into the main town, the is a wonderful restaurant, Le Ferme, immediately across the road.

This place is magical.

This, honestly, is the ideal ski chalet, located in a pretty village with plenty of skiing.

It offers easy airport transfers, ski-in and ski-out, friendly staff, fantastic food and comfortable, newly refurbished rooms. What more can we want?

Well, they pick up and return the gear that you hire - at a discount.
They pre-arrange passes. (and lessons if you want them)
They have soft fluffy robes and fancy toiletries in the rooms.
There's a warm boot room and a piste-side hot-tub.
They provide a hearty cooked breakfast, home-made cakes at afternoon tea and beautiful canapés with pre-dinner drinks.
Oh - and all drinks are included!

This is an excellent chalet and I have already booked for 2012.

Quick one hour airport transfer from Geneva, traditional ski in/ski out warm comfortable chalet, cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and superb evening meals with wine should say it all, however hosts Simon and Lisa and their staff make it all the more exceptional. The warm welcome, the terrace hot tub, the all inclusive bar, the warm boot room, the lovely bathroom and designer toiletries etc etc I could go on. If you love skiing - ski with Snowlife in La Clusaz, but try to keep it a secret, or they may not have availability for me next time.
