We were asked to wait for a table for 30 minutes, having not booked this was no issue & we were happy to do so.
Having been seated our order was taken within a reasonable time perimeter.
However, the time involved in getting the food out to us was in the region of 1hour 40 minutes.
On politely chasing up our order the attitude of one of the waitresses was aggressively hostile and childlike. This approach was obviously unnecessary when a simple apology and acknowledgement of the time delay would have resolved the situation.
I had the lamb cooked three ways, all three ways were poor at best. Others in our party were underwhelmed by the food.
Having chosen the restaurant due to it being reassuringly expensive, sadly it did not deliver.
Hopefully the chef and waitress were just having off days as the restaurant itself is a nice place to wait if you have the time…….and time you will need!

We went here for our final dinner and were very disappointed. The ambience is great and the service good (ish) but the food was tasteless and very overpriced for what it was. If you want a fine dining experience I would recommend l’ouson - similar price but the food is so much better. Maybe it was the chefs night off.

Definitely the best tartiflette we have had in the area. Very nice restaurant, cosy atmosphere, tasteful decoration and friendly service just a little bit pricey (like many places in the area).
