So good we ate here twice! in 3 days. The restaurant staff were so genuinely friendly and attentive and very helpful with menu choices. The menu itself was imaginative and unusual and presentation of the food was first rate. We particularly liked the salad starters of smoked salmon & prawns with mango & grapefruit, and seared tuna with guacamole, and also the squid, clams and prawn salad. Main courses of veal with ham saltimbocca, and red mullet in light pastry were exceptional and there is a wide choice of fish, meat and pasta dishes. Desserts were fresh and creative (eg strawberry soup with redcurrants!). Staff recommended the local Bertaud Belieu rosé wine which was light and emminently drinkable. If you have time I recommend you visit the vineyard where 75cl bottles cost 11euros (50cl 8euros). Full a la carte service is available at Le Pescadou with chef's suggestions, but we opted both times for the set price 3 course meal which was great value. I recommend that you either book or arrive early to get the best tables near the outside wall where the views down over the Cote D'Azur are truly magnifique! This is a really beautiful village so try to take time before dinner to stroll around the narrow flower-filled streets and visit La Maison du Village shop for Provencal treats to take home. From Ricard onwards this restaurant is a real treat. Santé et merci beaucoup!!
